About time. In accordance with Surface 2 Air Studios, Kid Cudi decided to get up, out, and shoot the visuals to the track “Mr. Rager” from last years Man On The Man 2 studio album. The video is mainly portrayed to be a therapeutic session for Cudi to relieve stress, which seems to have been an unsuccessful attempt.

Earlier this year, about January 26th to be exact, Kid Cudi announced that a sequel mixtape titled A Man Named Scott would be released to his millions of fans by the summer time. Call it a lie, or subtle fabrication of the truth, if you wish because Cudi has decided to scrap the project and let his fans know via his Tumlbr account earlier today. The reasoning behind the move is stated to be that he is just too busy and that he has to “work on what moves me creatively”. Whether that means that his heart is no longer in rap is left unsaid. However the album, WIZARD, is still set to release sometime before the calendar flips over to 2012 (emphasis on sometime). Also, Man on the Moon 3 is also a go.

The latest venture for KiD CuDi, alongside his partner-in-crime Dot Da Genius, is the modern-day remake of Fridy Night, with stellar features from Collin Ferrell, Anton Yelchin and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Recently, The Dean’s List, The Cool Kids, and Kid Cudi invaded Ocean City, Maryland to perform at The Dew Tour-Pantech Open. Somebody happened to grab some great footage, however the sound is a little distorted due to the fact that they were probably 3 feet from a speaker on full blast.

The snippet (how I hate those) for this track leaked awhile back, and we finally get the full version for your listening pleasure. Three verses from the Cons in which he drops powerful bars such as “when you on the road to the riches, and you get to where the road stops, the people in your life are either shortcuts or road blocks”. The hook is done by none other than Kid Cudi who is turning out to be 2011′s T-Pain (in a good way). Shoutout to Kanye for the production. He should do alot more of it honestly.
I recently saw Kid Cudi in concert during his CUDLIFE tour, and he single handedly performed the track “All of the Lights” in which he was featured on the hook. This video however shows him performing the popular hit alongside of Kanye West at Summerfest in Milwaukee. Unfortunately, Fergie was nowhere to be seen (semi-serious statement).
THE KNUX link up with the ex-stoner in Kid Cudi to drop this summertime track that nobody saw coming. Cudi’s verse starts off with a double layered singing / crooning segment before he breaks into his signature quickfire flow. Judging by his verse content, this track is probably a little dated. Expect this to be on their upcoming Eraser LP
I know what you’re thinking right now. “Holy crap, more new Kid Cudi“. There’s good news and bad news. Good news is your getting a free mp3 today, but the bad news is that this was an unreleased track that was destined to be on the original “Man on the Moon: The End of Day” album. At the beginning of the track he shouts out the Clipse as to say their services would be enlisted, however they never laid down their verses. Enjoy it anyway.

Wow, this is a rather quick turnaround. Just last night, Kanye West performed his hit track “All of the Lights” at the Heineken Red Star All Access event. Kid Cudi performed along side him. Definitely one of the most hype performances I have seen in awhile. Oh yea, Big Sean made an appearance as well instead of the beautiful Ms. Rihanna.
